SFC quarter-finals take centre stage

It's another bumper weekend in the Kerry senior football championship with the four quarter-finals taking place on Sunday. Austin Stack Park and Fitzgerald Stadium host double-headers with the action getting underway in both venues at 2pm. In the opening game at Tralee, local side Kerins O'Rahilly's take on Dingle, and this will be followed at 3.45pm by the meeting of divisional sides Feale Rangers and South Kerry. Feale are bidding to put titles back-to-back and with Paul Galvin back to his best, are fancied to secure a last-four berth. Down in Killarney, a rejuvenated Laune Rangers face up to St. Kieran's in the opening game. Mid-Kerry are hot favourites to overcome surprise packets Kenmare in the remaining quarter-final, with the likes of Sean and Darren O'Sullivan, Gary Sayers and Donncha Sheehan expected to feature prominently.
