Tipp minor management to step down

Tipperary's minor hurling management team have decided that they will not be seeking another term in charge of the Premier County's young hurlers. It is understood that Declan Ryan, Tommy Dunne, Liam Cahill and Michael Gleeson have indicated that they will all be stepping down following their side's All-Ireland MHC semi-final defeat to eventual champions Kilkenny. "I think the worst thing any team-manager and group of players can do is star in their jobs too long," said Ryan.
