Kildalkey 2-13 Kiltale 1-16

Kildalkey and Kiltale met in Round 4 of the IHCB on Friday evening at Boardsmill played in pleasant conditions.

In an even enough first half a Ross Flynn goal gave Kildalkey an advantage as they led by 4 at the break 1-9 to 0-8 with Matthew Cully hitting 6 points, Flynn, Ben Rickard and Conor Barnwell also getting good scores 

Kiltale hit back in the second half however and quick 1-2 had them back in front and started to hit points from distance and only for some wayward shooting could’ve been more ahead but Cully with 3 frees and an excellent Liam Carroll score kept Kildalkey in touch coming down the home stretch but still trailed by 3 points 1-13 to 1-16 but a late late free from goalie Cameron Smith with the last play of the game gave Kildalkey an draw to bring them to 3 points on the table
