Yez are lucky Tyrone put out their second team. georgelee (Louth) - Posts: 523 - 24/03/2012 20:36:38 1136260 Link 0 |
Louth will wallop pitiful Meath next week and send them to Division 3 on their own turf. Was talking to a Meath legend during the week and he reckons Wicklow will beat them 1st round of Leinster. I was amazed some of the stuff he had to say. derfil1 (Kildare) - Posts: 1612 - 24/03/2012 20:55:28 1136275 Link 0 |

Louth wont wallop Meath - much as I'd love it - Tyrone are just very good. Tyrone could have had 10 points over Louth last week but for a bit of luck on our side and a bit of foot off the gas syndrome. As for Meath - be wary of the wounded dog. ged (Louth) - Posts: 313 - 24/03/2012 21:16:39 1136293 Link 0 |

Squid at least when we get a hammering we won't make half assed excuses about it and try to make a pitiful performance into something justifiable Richieq (Meath) - Posts: 3748 - 24/03/2012 21:45:55 1136319 Link 0 |
fair play to mickey harte he just gets on with his job and seems to be rebuilding a handy team that is getting into a good winning habit hipster (Dublin) - Posts: 2509 - 24/03/2012 21:56:36 1136327 Link 0 |
Top prize for brass neck effrontery goes to this gentleman who came onto the Tyrone website with the first two posts prior to the game last night. The third post is the most he could muster for what most people would consider an embarrassing and shameful gaffe. Tyronetim (Tyrone) - Posts: 1254 - 25/03/2012 13:58:39 1136485 Link 0 |
Very strong division 2 would you stop. Take Tyrone and Kildare out of it and the rest are rubbish. clondalkindub (Dublin) - Posts: 9926 - 25/03/2012 14:50:31 1136513 Link 0 |
In fairness at the start of the year it looked strong but now, from what i've seen, it doesn't look like any of the other 6 teams will make any sort of an impact on the Championship this year. GloryHunter (Meath) - Posts: 136 - 25/03/2012 15:27:18 1136543 Link 0 |

Whatever about Meath Louth only drew against Derry so you are inno great shakes. Hopefully we are underdogs coming into the game against Wicklow that would suit Meath lovely. BettystownRoyal (Meath) - Posts: 3353 - 25/03/2012 17:10:43 1136635 Link 0 |

Facts are even if louth beat meath. They more than likely will stay in div 1 if both wmeath and monaghan loose. royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 25/03/2012 20:26:24 1136946 Link 0 |
I don't think any Louth man considers us as All-Ireland contenders etc but in fairness staying in Division 2 is quite an achievement and is a sign of progress in the right direction!! Poor record against Meath but now is as good a time as any to put that right!! On another note i would not be surprised to see Kildare or Tyrone in the latter stages this year competing for Sam! To be honest if tyrone keep going they way they are, nothing and no one will stop them. Even at this early stage tyrone are very serious contenders. I don't see kildare as same certainly not for sam maybe leinster depending on dublins attitude. But sam is between dublin tyrone kerry and cork. Easily the top 4 teams in country by a mile royaldunne (Meath) - Posts: 19449 - 25/03/2012 20:36:47 1136965 Link 0 |
