Longer answer is: - top team in each group goes straight through to a quarter-final - second team in each group goes to a preliminary-quarter final. - the three third-placed teams with the best records also go to a preliminary quarter-final. The third placed team with the worst record loses out. - New York also join at preliminary quarter-final stage. They're the reason one of the third-placed teams has to go. Think Leitrim were toughest draw from pot 4, could have been alot tougher the other side, Offaly or Down from pot 2 would have been tougher than Antrim, while I think avoiding Cavan was everyone's hope from pot 1, will be very interesting to how Meath perform given the recent struggles they've had.
