Seems like an unfortunate coincidence of an informer ridden gang that thought they could do what the Provos had failed to, and a security service that was never shy about sacrificing people to its own ends. As Anton Mac Cába said on R na G earlier, it is a pity that many of the family members who pushed for the truth to come out - and for prosecutions including of people who were possibly state agents - are now passed on. Big day in Leopardstown. Honeysuckle to see off the new pretender or her great career to come to an end? If she gets beat today, I doubt they'll send her to Cheltenham. He is no different to other singular persons who object to the nation, they may make sense and have a valid point but they may not always be correct. Burke is using an updated version of political correctness to get his point across. People put this stuff into black and white and argue against each other. In some cases the person ( family) involved are just on their latest mission to get more attention.
