Replying To Clubman57:  "To have that alone is unheard of and shows what Scotstown has, I think a lot small clubs around the country and particularly in Monaghan fork out huge sums of money for lads that won a championship ten plus years ago. In house management might be a thankless job but surely is better long term for most clubs in terms of developing young lads for future success !"
