Who was on Matthew Lambe's? Huge issue is the lack of continuity, the u16 manager is familiar with the players. Malone, Counihan, Banty were the last 3 minor managers, none of them had any dealing with the players prior to Co Minors. Banty & Counihan won an Ulster title and Malone got to an All Ireland final so if anything the lack of continuity (our bias) appears to be a massive positive. And Gerry Connolly who was down for the 20s moved to the minors. He will bring experience to the management staff. Drew Joe and Ciaran will do a cracking job with a cracking team!!!!
