Hard luck on our camogie team losing to Cork by two points in AI final. We need to keep trying.. Mayo proved that with good organisation and investment in youth anything is possible. Surely, an inspiration for all Connaught teams.

Our lads will need to step up for next game and definitely improve on their shooting, despite scoring 3 10 today they kicked probably 15 wides..

Dunmore had another good win over M Abbey.. and Caherlistrane are 4 from 4 with a good win over Annaghdown."
Who's favorites for minor this year

Corofin strongest in the north board, Michael Breathnachs favorites for west and county. Tuam are poor for A, have a good few of u16s in starting 15, Caherlistrane are strong with quality throughout. Oranmore and Claregalway will also have a say overall with a good age profile. Dunmore squad is too thin and don't have enough quality, seem to be relying on some u15s which is not ideal playing A level. Monivea-Abbey and Annaghdown look more B grade tbh.

In fairness they won minor maybe three years ago, mc Glinchey was captain.. they are in county u 15 final this year , but i was just shocked how poor they were today, agree that's its swings and roundabouts at underage , they won the league a few weeks ago beating admittedly a few under strenght teams but they have rapidly gone down hill since..

Caherlistrane are flying as well as Corofin in North.
M Breathnach will be favourites agreed.
