Replying To boomerang:  "Castlebar came back from 3 down at Ht to beat Knockmore by 2
Ballintubber had 4 points to spare over Belmullet who played without Eoin O'Donoghue
Ballaghaderreen had an easy enough run out versus Davitts
Ballina really upset the odds against Breaffy AET

Mayo club championship is really competitive this year

Castlebar 5/4
Ballintubber 2/1
Ballaghadereen 4/1
Ballina 5/1"
Tasty odds for Ballina at 5/1. I would have them above Ballagh although with Andy on fire you couldn't dismiss them either. I think Mitchell's have gone back a bit, Tubber deserving favorites but It would be nice to see Ballagh or Ballina break the top 2.

Replying To Offside_Rule:  "So after the weekend pretty much know the deciders across the board with the exception being the Senior Football semi between Casements Portglenone and Lamh Dhearg which, having enjoyed the replay so much in the previous round PG1 decided to convert a penalty with the last kick of the game and force another one.

Elsewhere, Cargin made light work of St Galls in the other Senior semi and await the winners of the replay. Moneyglass overcame Glenravel in the first Intermediate semi and a late burst from Aldergrove in the closing minutes seen them pip St Pauls in the other. In the Junior Lisburn and Ardoyne will contest the final.

In the hurling Cushendall beat St Johns in the Senior replay yesterday to set up a showdown with Dunloy in Ballycastle next Sunday. Match to be shown live on TG4. And GNM beat Rasharkin during the week and will now meet St Pauls in the Junior with Carey and St Endas playing in the Intermediate."
Still on for my outright winners treble in the football ;) LD, Aldergrove and Ardoyne for me... all outside shots but thats championship

Replying To Sweetspot:  "Kildare has been without much surprise, other than Naas' demise leading them to a relegation play-off, very soo matter winning div.1 of the league.
With the senior semi finals coming up it is all to play for and the teams left will all feel they have a chance. Moorefield were beaten by Sarsfields in the group stages and I'm not sure they have the 3 in a row in them.. for me it's Celbridge or Athy to win it out.
Intermediate will be won by Clougherinkoe, Monasterevin or Leixlip with the Cloughs my tip.
Junior final is this weekend and I'd imagine it's Ballymore's with a good bit to spare."
How did Twomilehouse do in this year's championship? They came very close to beating eventual champions Kilcummin in last year's All Ireland intermediate semi. They looked like an up and coming team.

In the relegation play off final soon to be played.
Had a tough group with both Moorefield and Sarsfields but could probably have done better against Eadestown.. It is a dog eat dog championship though and after the top 5/6, any team can beat another on their day.

We will just have to see how ballina get on the semi final...they impressively knocked Breaffy out but breaffy have flopped year after year with big talk beforehand...I think their chance to win a county has passed.

Replying To Find_the_space:  "Throw a dice in Tyrone - League as it stands
Coalisland - Reigning champions, welcome back Hampsey and McKernan. Play Ardboe. Winners play Kilyclogher or Donaghmore
Dromore - Consistent performers, good squad potentials there to win it. Play Trillick. Winners play Moy or Clonoe
Dungannon - No starred players missing throughout the season, young team and winning 7/9 games only team that got promoted last year to be outside of relegation zone. Play Omagh. Winners play Errigal or Eglish
Errigal Ciaran - Normally run away with league. Not so much this year and always fall short in Championship. Ability is definately there just needs to be applied. Play Eglish should be walkover. Play Omagh or Dgn
Trillick - Brennan's and Donnelly's pose massive threats capable of beating anyone. (See Dromore)
Clonoe - Another team that will always pose a threat. Lost McAliskey last year during the first round and suffered narrow defeat. Play Moy winners play Dromore or Trillick

With top teams drawn against each other like Trillick v Dromore and Coalisland v Ardboe left a few bottom teams drawing each other. 2 out of the bottom 3 play each other in Edendork v Tattyreagh and 2 other teams whom i dont see winning it Derrylaughan v Carrickmore who will then play off against each other will guarentee one of them 4 in the semis.

My pick for top 4. Dromore, Errigal, Carrickmore, Coalisland"
Wasn't too Far away with my prediction.

Final 4 consist of:
Trillick v Coalisland
Errigal v Carrickmore

Errigal go into that game as favorites with Carrickmore still heavily relying on players like Marty Penrose, Mark Donnelly and Conor Gormley

Trillick or Coalisland be a very close encounter and winner will probably go into the final as the favorites but wouldn't be surprised to Errigal pip either of these teams.

So still waiting to see who will join Cargin in the Senior Final after last nights night of drama in the replay up at the Dub in Belfast. Lamh Dhearg and Casements Portglenone couldn't be separated during full or extra time so it went to Free Kicks from the edge of the semi circle. Both teams missed one each in the first 5 but after the second 5 had all been converted it was 9-9 and the County Chairman intervened and both teams agreed to do it all again.

Oh - go on to the Antrim GAA twitter or Facebook and check out the score during the game from Paddy Cunningham. Has to be up there with one of the better points I've ever seen in a game.

In Down we our at the semi final stage.

Ballyholland v Warrenpoint tonight, point will go in as slight favs but they will have to break down the Ballyholland wall so not expecting a high scoring game. Point by 2.

Kilcoo v Clonduff tomorrow evening. Kilcoo will go in a favs having won 6 of last 7 championships and beat county champions Burren last weekend, Kilcoo should have to much for Clonduff. kilcoo by 6.

Were you at the game? if so what a game, lacked the high scoring from thefirst drawn game but certainly made up for that in intensity, drama and will. Neither team gave up it was fantastic to watch. Cant wait to watch it again with a winner this time lol 3rd time lucky.

And my word what a score.. if you haven't seen it guys its definitely worth a view. In extra time the first half im almost certain.. for anyone trying to find it

Quarter Final weekend in Donegal

St Eunan's V Milford St Eunan's should have enough despite being without a couple of key players
Kilcar V Killybegs A local derby with Kilcar, unbeaten in 2019, strong favourites.

Both the above games on RTE Sat evening

Glenties V Glenfin Glenties favourites to win out here
Gaoith Dobhair V Bundoran The Gaeltacht lads should win this one

MuckrossHead.... what's your take on St Nauls v Naomh Columba?

A 50/50 game in my book especially with it being at a neutral venue. Both teams have exciting young players but both have had patchy form in the league.
If I had to pick one I would go for neighbours Naomh Columba who have, in Odhran Doherty, a player of real class.

Apart from TG4 excellent coverage and RTE getting in act, there's lots of local companies streaming games around the country. Though these we be mostly of local interest, perhaps others might want a look too. Perhaps share here and people can look if they want or ignore otherwise.

Below is Nemo Rangers v St Finbarrs in Cork SFC Q final covered by Facebook live/Irish Examiner

Thanks Bennybunny. The live streaming of club matches is an excellent development. My own home county, Donegal, are dipping their toes into the waters this weekend with a trial live stream of Naomh Conaill - Glenfin on their own website.

I put quite a bit of effort into writing a post a week or two ago with links included to every streaming service that I could find in the country but the moderators blocked the post. From memory (I'm not compiling the list again unless I know it won't be declined) there was some variation of a streaming service up and running in:

Ulster: Armagh, Down, Donegal and Derry upload the games on Vimeo later that night.
Munster: Cork (occasional through the Examiner), Clare (free on Youtube), Limerick (free on Youtube)
Leinster: Meath (subscription only), Offaly, Dublin (free on Youtube),
Connacht: Mayo

While Sligo & Fermanagh have streamed finals in the recent past.

I've probably missed a few though!
