Replying To Killarney.87:  "In fairness to Aylward he had a bad injury after his breakthrough season. James Maher has been very unlucky with injury too.

Leahy is a strong impact sub. The Kilkenny subs did very well against Limerick.

Our young lads played well against Wexford when they came on too."
It was more than injuries with him though. That aside on his day he is absolutely quality.
Adrian Mullen looks to be a huge loss, he was having a massive year at every level. Had showed maturity above his years.

Terrible for him alright. He'll be a huge loss for Kilkenny.. Was excellent against us in the semi final.

Latest is he might be fine, hard to know what the story is. We could hear about other late withdrawals between now and 3.30pm.

Hopefully he is good to go and able to play, it would be terrible luck for the young fella.

The more I think about this match, the more a draw makes sense.

Unbelievable the way home Michael duignan and Marty morrissey are trying to use the conditions to excuse richie hogans red card there. Pathetic. Red all day.

Also, extremely selfish of fans to take cover en masse when it starts raining with the game in play. Very annoying having to get up and down to let people pass cause they cant hack a bit of rain. People have spent €90 on tickets, to move and let people past. Ridiculous. If you dont like rain watch the game at home or in a pub and let people who actually want to watch the game have your ticket instead. Melts.

Hard to see how we'll win it from here.

Red card everyday. Lifted the elbow to get him

Duignan on commentary a disgrace talking about conditions.

If one of his kids took a hit like that he would be on the field looking for revenge

Don't know about game being over but Richie Hogan can have no complaint. Conditions are not good but he did put in the elbow.

KK on ropes, if not floor, Tipp driving hard now. Hogan was fouled with hurl to face hence blooded face. Horses for course but not with this ref
