Replying To galwayfball:  "Brolly needs to go. No panelists should be allowed to be on when their own counties are playing then no one can be accused of bias"
Fully agree Galwayfball. RTE should have learned their lesson from the hurling final.

Another example of why Sunday Game need a panel of neutrals. Half time break spent arguing over red cards, penalties and what not. Then a token 10 seconds spent discssuing the second half as teams run out onto pitch.
Fair play to both teams on serving up such a spectacle. Dubs had to dig deep, roll on replay.

Replying To galwayfball:  "She shouldnt be in the situation where her panelists actually deny video evidence"
Agreed. Joanne was brilliant today. Put them back on their backsides. Ridiculous panel.

Marty Squad was good tonight. Charlie Redmond, The Bomber, Pillar Caffrey and Jack O'Shea, talking about the match and the replay. Just good natured banter and slagging from men who have too much respect for each other than to interrupt them while they talk.

Stupid discussion dominating re sending off. According to two of the panellists there is no such thing as a foul in Gaelic Football. Switched them off."
Sure no such thing as a card so. At least whelan can say he's biased. Brolly just awful.

Replying To galwayfball:  "How condescending of brolly when spillane was praising his nephew . His nephew did have a good game he should be allowed to praise him. Brolly is so biased when it comes to dublin and he turns around and simply that spillane is biased.

I wouldn't even be a massive spillane fan but when he was right today he got shut down"
Typical brolly. Suits him to say that.

Dead right. Lack of respect for fellow pundits on tv shocking. Banter on marty squad is what you want. At least you'll hear no personal insults from brolly.

Over the year Whelan has done a reasonable job, Spillane had his moments too some good some not so good, Brolly is a constant penance, Joanne is far from being the right person to present the show, demolish and rebuild.

They went the whole coverage without mentioning incredible performances from.McCaffrey, O'Shea and Cluxton. Rock also brilliantly efficient.

Why do RTE insist on having Brolly and Spillane on together? It's woeful viewing, I turned it off. RTÉ is more interested in controversy and ego-tripping than having objective and critical analysis of the game.

Good examples which highlights the idiots RTE have for analysing the game. Even in rugby you are not allowed to hold a player before the ball arrives-clear penalty and possibly another one should have been given. Do not like to see anyone sent of on the big day but the Cooper consistently fouls -and was warned a couple of times by the Ref. Jack McCaffery gave 'man of match' display and was the stand out player -draw was a good result with more to come. Kerry may have missed their chance today!

Never thought I'd hear myself say it but I felt sorry for Pat Spillane today, it was like the three pundits were watching two different games.

How many times did Ger canning and Kevin McStay mention "Jack McCarthy" and "James McCaffery"? At one stage in first half, McCarthy had the ball and passed to McCaffery, Canning said "Jack McCarthy, inside to the other Jack, Jack McCaffery"! Did anyone else notice this? Very annoying!!

Outside of the 2 yellow cards cooper was warned 3 times to stop fouling. Sky pundits had this information at half time. Yet the sunday game dont several hours after the game. Also sean cavanagh saying similar happened to him before and gough told him another foul and you're gone . And he stuck to his word

Had to travel to a funeral in Cork this morning and only caught the Game on radio in car
RTÉ ratio had Clifford as missing the goal cleared off the line early and Geaney as hitting the crossbar abd referenced these several times
