Ace attacker Shane O’Donnell is set to make his first start of the season for Clare when they take on Dublin in tomorrow’s Allianz Hurling League Division 1B final at the TUS Gaelic Grounds.
O’Donnell is named at full-forward for the Banner men and tomorrow is set to mark his first bit of competitive action since coming off the bench against Antrim at the beginning of February.
The 2024 Hurler of the Year’s return is a timely boost for manager Brian Lohan, with both David McInerney, Adam Hogan and Tony Kelly missing from the 26-man match day panel named.
Conor Cleary captains the side from full-back while Peter Duggan, David Reidy and David Fitzgerald make up an experienced half-forward line.
Throw-in at the Limerick venue is at 1.45pm.
