Donegal put one hand of the Allianz Football League Division 1 trophy by hitting holders Kerry for three quickfire goals in the second-half of this afternoon’s final at Croke Park.
Having dominated the opening half at headquarters to carry in a 0-13 to 1-2 half-time lead, Jim McGuinness’s men conceded the first two points of the restart before firing in three goals between the 42nd minute and 45th minute to move 15 points ahead of the All-Ireland champions.
Conor O’Donnell, Michael Murphy and Caolan McGonagle all found the net for the Ulster champions (watch below).
