Ryan McMenamin has replaced fellow All-Ireland SFC winner Eamonn McGee in the Sligo senior football management team ahead of the 2027 season.
The Tyrone legend has been added to the set-up after former Donegal defender McGee informed the Sligo county board he was unable to ‘commit the time required for an intercounty management role’.
McMenamin - a former Fermanagh manager and Cavan coach - joins his former Tyrone team-mate Joe McMahon in the new-look set-up which is now led by Dessie Sloyan, who shared the managerial duties with Eamon O'Hara last season. Former All-Star O'Hara is now assistant manager.
The Sligo senior football management team for 2027 is:
Dessie Sloyan (team manager)
Eamon O’Hara (assistant manager)
Joe McMahon (head coach)
Ryan McMenamin and Paul Higgins (coaches)
Sean Boyle (strength and conditioning)
Des McGuinness (goalkeeping coach)
Mickey Quinn (performance coach)
Alan Dunne (physio and rehab)
Dr. Stephen Gilmartin (medicine)
Fintan Kennedy and Jim Kiernan (analysis)
Aidan Carty (kit and equipment)
David Gordon (nutrition)
Thomas Kerins (logistics)
