Errigal Ciarán and Trillick have been paired together in the Tyrone SFC semi-final draw.
The last two champions will meet in a repeat of last year’s O’Neill Cup decider which Errigal Ciaran edged by a point before going on to reach the All-Ireland club SFC final against Cuala. Both received big scares in their respective quarter-finals against Omagh St Enda’s and Trillick last weekend.
Errigal Ciarán needed an injury-time goal from substitute Shea McDermott to edge past a never-say-die Omagh side in Carrickmore on Saturday, while Brendan Burns rattled the crossbar for Pomeroy in the last minute of their agonising 1-11 to 1-13 loss to Trillick on Friday night at Healy Park.
Neighbours Carrickmore and Loughmacrory will face off in the other last-four tie after their respective quarter-final wins over Edendork (2-17 to 0-18) and Donaghmore (1-17 to 2-10).
