Edendork are set to be without Neil Kilpatrick for their Ulster club senior football championship clash with Clonduff this Saturday evening (6.15pm).

The newly crowned Tyrone champions are preparing for their provincial campaign after securing their first senior county title, but Kilpatrick’s availability beyond their successful O’Neill Cup campaign remains uncertain.

“It is highly unlikely that Neil Kilpatrick will be available for us now - he is heading back to Qatar,” Edendork boss Malachy McGuckin told BelfastLive.co.uk.

“He won’t be available for this weekend anyway. Beyond that, I don’t know.

“He had said he would make himself available for the Tyrone Championship, but that he couldn’t commit further than that. We will see. With a bit of persuasion, you never know.”
