
The referee appointments for this weekend’s All-Ireland senior football championship quarter-finals at Croke Park have been confirmed.
The first of the weekend’s last eight clashes in the Sam Maguire Cup race sees Cork facing Mayo on Saturday (4pm) at headquarters where Monaghan’s Martin McNally will take the whistle.
Paddy Neilan of Roscommon takes charge of the meeting between defending champions Kerry and Tyrone at 6.15pm that evening, while Sunday afternoon will see Tyrone man Seán Hurson throw in the ball for the derby clash between Louth and Monaghan (1.45pm).
The last of the weekend’s quarter-finals sees Dublin up against Galway (4pm) in the capital where two-time All-Ireland SFC final referee David Gough of Meath will be the man in the middle.
