Kerry clubs Dingle, An Ghaeltacht and Ballymacelligott have raised €160,000 between them online ahead of their upcoming All-Ireland finals.

An Ghaeltacht, who take on Derry’s Glenullin in the All-Ireland club IFC final at Croke Park on Sunday, have raised a whopping €75,000 on the GoFundMe website since their semi-final win over Sallins last weekend. Ballymacelligott, who also travel to Croke Park on Sunday to take on Clogher of Tyrone in the All-Ireland club JFC final, have accumulated a more modest €25,000 on the idonate website.

Meanwhile, Dingle have raised €60,000 towards their preparations for Sunday week’s All-Ireland club SFC final against St Brigid’s through idonate. With over a week to go to the big Croke Park decider, the figure is expected to grow further.

“The lads have delivered on the field. Now, off the field, they need your support. Financial contributions will help cover the costs of this historic campaign, and every donation goes directly towards supporting the team on this incredible journey,” a Dingle post on their idonate page read.

“Míle buíochas as bhur dtacaíocht. Your generosity is deeply appreciated by the players, the management, and the Executive of CLG Daingean Uí Chúis.”
