St Breckan's, who defeated Miltown-Malbay 3-11 to 0-12 in the quarter-final, went 15 minutes without scoring in the second-half.
The winners will face either holders Kilmurry-Ibrickane or Lissycasey in the Jack Daly Cup showpiece in two weeks' time.
