Seems some of the players agree with some of our posters regarding the tactics employed in our minor team. Maybe they should "get a life" as Sean said before.

you seem to have a problem with a lot of things sad really.

John Brady will lead a strong Minor team on the 5th and ignore the idle gossip.

Do you remember the player revolt to get rid of Liam Austin well tell me how many of them went on to represent the county again.
Do you remember the Val Andrews debacle well more of the same.
The problem with you and others is you are bitter probably manual coaches or arm chair critics or full time referees what ever why don't you give it a break and let these men do their job. They are short term contracts so it's not the end of the road if they fail.
Anyway if you want to see if the quality walked away from John Brady go to Carrick on Shannon next saturday the 5th of August and enjoy Cavan minors beating Galway and if they fail it will not be for the want of trying. The best of luck to John his genuine management team and he quality players.

Are you still saying that The original Management from day one is in charge of the Minor team next Saturday when the dogs in the street know this to be incorrect. By the way when is your Day One for this group of players?

From the day he was selected by the CCB yes still same management .
However if you want to listen to the dogs in the street that's your prerogative.

Lets hope they make a good account of themselves and come good on the right side of the result. Moral is high attitude is spot on all pulling their weight what more can one ask for. I hope to see many of you there but I suppose it's doubtful.

The preparation for this game with Galway is far from ideal with the goings on with the team selectors and players walking off the Panel... hard to see how the team could perform to their best with all this going on...

Team selectors walking and players talking none of the current management and their panel are talking. Those that are talking were not even in the top 24 so no major issues there as for selectors walking try and get the correct story and to be honest with you sean66 I am not sure you would have made the above postjjjjjjj. Please god after Saturday these people will regret doing what they did well I hope so anyway. With regards players John and his management had a lot of restrictions imposed on them ect but let's hope he can rub salt very deep into their wounds should all go right.

Because Cavanslasher it's typical GAA.... Hush hush... "there's nothing going on here".,, sweep it under the carpet stuff... some of the minors who weren't getting much game time decided to line out with their clubs at the weekend and this didn't sit well with the management...who if they had any brains would have encouraged and told these players to get game time under their belt.... guys we're not getting games with the County and then told not to play for their clubs either...bonkers stuff..
