Edendork have reached their first-ever Tyrone senior football championship final after defeating Donaghmore last night in Omagh.
The St Malachy’s secured an 0-20 to 0-12 victory at Healys O’Neill Park, with Niall Morgan finishing with 0-6 over the hour and his county colleague Darren McCurry contributing two points.
Edendork led 0-10 to 0-5 at half-time after a controlled first-half display.
Conn Kilpatrick was influential throughout, while the Edendork defence kept Donaghmore’s key forwards under pressure.
Substitute Steven Corr made a major impact after his introduction, adding four points to the winning tally.
Edendork now await the winners of Loughmacrory and Errigal Ciaran as they bid to complete a historic championship campaign.
