Murphy to ref Allianz HL Division 1 decider between Clare and Kilkenny

The GAA has confirmed that Johnny Murphy will referee Saturday evening’s Allianz Hurling League Division 1 final between Clare and Kilkenny.
It adds another national final to the Limerick man’s CV, having taken the whistle for last year’s All-Ireland club SHC final along with the 2021 All-Ireland U20HC decider and the All-Ireland minor hurling final in 2018.
Clare and Kilkenny cross swords at Semple Stadium, Thurles at 7.15pm on Saturday evening (E.T. if necessary & winner on the day).
