Sky Sports to show Mayo for fourth time

August 02, 2016

Mayo's Jason Donerty and Darren McCurry of Tyrone.

Mayo fans not attending Saturday's All-Ireland SFC quarter-final against Tyrone will again have to tune into Sky Sports to watch their team.

It marks the fourth time in this summer's championship that the Westerners will be shown live by the subscription broadcaster, having already aired the games against Galway, Kildare and their recent victory over Westmeath this past Saturday.

Stephen Rochford's side's qualifier win over Fermanagh two weeks ago has been the only Mayo game carried by national broadcaster RTE thus far this summer.

Coverage for Saturday's clash against the Ulster champions begins at 3.30pm on Sky Sports 3, with Dublin and Donegal to follow at 5.45pm.
