Tara Ladies Club Notes
June 17, 2010A quick note of thanks to Sharon and Anne Marie who organized a brilliant day out at the Races for the Tara Ladies last Saturday!
We have two matches this weekend, both Senior and Junior Championship.
Senior- Tara v Parnells at 1pm (note the new start time) at Tir Chonaill Gaels
Junior- Tara v Fulham Irish at 12:30pm at Tir Chonaill Gaels
All support is very welcome for both these crucial matches!
The Juniors will be in the Provincial Junior Championship semi-final on Sunday, June 27th, whilst the seniors have the first round of the Mary Feehan cup on Wednesday v KKG.
Best of luck to all the girls and especially those making their Tara debuts this weekend: Tertia Dex, Natalie Hughes, and Shauna McGuinness. We'd also like to extend best wishes to all the girls who are writing exams and hope they all do well, wish Catherine a speedy recovery from her bout of appendicitis, and a very happy Birthday to Sharon Lavelle! Also congratualtions to Nicola O'Neill who was elected a Junior Vice- Captain!
