Pairc Esler

Lads (and ladies). Just wondering if any of you can give me some info on getting from the bus station to Pairc Esler on Saturday night? Haven't travelled there before so am a bit lost. I believe the train station is a 45 min walk from the grounds so that's a no go. Does anyone know if the bus station is any closer?

It's about a 20 minute walk from Newry bus station to the ground, and about 5 minutes in a taxi. Hope this helps.

CroiGorm there is a free bus from Newry train station to Newry bus station. Trains leaving Dublin for Newry on Saturday are at 15.20 and you will get in to Newry at 16.33 and 16.50 and you will get in to Newry at 18.03. Coming back the last train from Newry to Dublin is at 22.03 and you will get back to big smoke at 23.12. There is a bus leaving Bus Aras at 16.00 and you will get in to Newry bus station at 17.30. Coming back there is a bus leaving Newry at 20.55 or 21.55. Pairc Elser is a 20 min walk from the bus station out on the Warrenpoint Road. Look out for the floodlights. The ground is beside the river. It is a fine ground.

You're more than welcome to jump in with me, I'll be on me own so if ye have any family members/friends that usually go with ya, they'd be more than welcome aswell.

Totally free, save ya the money on busing it up and back. Offer stands.

I'll leave it up to you.
