It is a sign of the times. Fellas need to make their work number one priority these days and with the amount of commitment required at county level, something's got to give. Long_John (Down) - Posts: 299 - 07/02/2012 08:49:34 1107059 Link 0 |

apparently john mullane has also left the intercounty fold for the "foreseeable future" at least. Two of the most exciting forwards in munster hurling over the past years will be sorely missed by their respective counties. Still though it gives another lad an opportunity to prove his worth! deiseblaa (Waterford) - Posts: 21 - 07/02/2012 09:41:59 1107079 Link 0 |

Very surprised, but want to wish him all the best, was a joy to watch and will be remembered as one of the best forwards of his time. I though he struggled for a few years but played the best hurling of his life in the last 2-3 years which shows what can be achieved through dedication. onlyhurling (Galway) - Posts: 800 - 07/02/2012 09:54:12 1107085 Link 0 |
