Club of the Year??

(Oldest Posts First)

Lads any chance we can open up a thread and trace the highs and lows of 1 club on this site aka munterconnaught on the telly? First we need to find a club or county to narrow it down to.. Maybe a few lads would contribute to it.. Obviously it would involve all club busy, like you flaking who... Kidding!!

Clonoe

They managed to win the Tyrone championship which is the holy grail of club football. Cross minors would have won it.

157202 hose, how could they win the junior 3 times on the trot? what about promotion,

good point, they compete in senior at county level, the senior provincial club championship is confined to the stronger counties, KK, WX, D etc the weaker counties go into the junior championship. the same system applies in hurling and football in leinster anyway, EG Kilkenny senior football champs compete in inter football in leinster, also with some weaker hurling counties. not sure it should be allowed for the winners though.
