Would Plunkett or Colm Donaghy not be on that team somewhere? 2 Very talented footballers still capable of showing some of the magic

does anyone know when the trials for next years over 40s are on and is there an over 35 or 37 1/2 development squad. me uncle noel is thinking a giving it a go used to play for the windmill in the mid 80s. does your granda have had to have played for tyrone in the past to stand a greater chance of making the squad.any you old codgers on here know the answers.

hopefully that will be the case reddoctor we need the granny rule or therl be no team in 20 yrs time with no maternity units in Tyrone... you can thank Sinn Fein for that too... more worried about their expenses like the rest of them.

Does Aidan McMahon play in the over 40s? I hear he was some player back in day. The most charismatic gentleman i have ever met and all!

lads your way of the mark with your age profiles !!!!

- the bulk of todays over 40's would've played mainly in the late 80's , 90's and some up to the mid 2000's with the odd one probably playin for their reserves or seniors until very recently. The likes of the Donaghy's, and Aidan Mc Mahon, although great players in their day, are an age bracket above that. Lookin at the lineout in the semi a lot of them have just crossed the line to be eligible.
