As the Tones game was abandoned due to an injury Slane are not through to the Junior B quarter final, It the Tones win the abandoned game then there will be a playoff between Slane and the Tones.

Surely the Tones need to win by 6 points to finish second as they drew with Slane in the group stages.
Whoever comes second will go through to the quarters and the other team play Moynalvey in the preliminary quarter final.
That prelim game was scheduled for this weekend with the quarters the following weekend according to the fixture planner.

I don't see why Slane and Tones would play off unless the Tones finished on the same score difference.
Any such playoff would delay the championship surely?

Slane are through to knockouts. If tones lose (unlikely) to Paul's, Slane are in the quarter finals and if tones win, Slane fo into a preliminary quarter final against 3rd in group b..
