From what we are to believe, Sean Kelly is to be appointed as the next Louth manager tonight at a County Board meeting. I know he's the manager of Navan O Mahoney's and he won the Meath SFC with them last year and I and I also believe he got them to the final again this year. I believe he played a bit for Meath and Dunderry. Does anybody else know about his management skills or will he be cut out to be a County manager Joe_Don (Louth) - Posts: 247 - 19/10/2009 10:08:06 458447 Link 0 |

Apparently not going now. Still work to do with O'Mahony's. He told the players yesterday that he was staying with them. (according to LMFM this morning, although they ran with him as a certainty all day yesterday) GoalsWinGames (Meath) - Posts: 307 - 19/10/2009 12:30:13 458676 Link 0 |
Yeah I think LMFM got a bit carried away yesterday ok. At 2.30 Colm Coyle among others was in the running, then the Kelly story broke & Cummins got a 'no comment' from him when he asked him about it before the semi-final. He may well have been in the running, but not anymore it seems. Finnertys_Perm (Meath) - Posts: 440 - 19/10/2009 12:44:40 458708 Link 0 |
Colin Kelly is being lined up as part of a possible backroom team if Ross Carr will let his name go forth. bennyblanco (Meath) - Posts: 579 - 19/10/2009 14:51:13 458916 Link 0 |
