From what is in on the panel yes that would be my starting 15 in that order. It never once crossed my mind about what club they played for.
If however one was to pick from players from the whole county despite them either being in the present set up or not the team would be very different but thats for another day. The question by breffniblue and him saying about so many hurlers on the ditch well like a red flag to a bull then.

The team I mentioned would have beaten Wexford, Roscommon, Longford, Antrim and I make no apologies for saying so.

How can a player definitely not be on the panel? Surely with a new management in place they have the right to add two or three players to the panel as they see fit...

Alan Clarke could also be played CB instead of Martin Cahill if he's on the panel. Not sure Barry Watters is suited to CB.

McKeever and/or Flanagan could be moved to Wing Forward if needed and Niall Murray could start instead of Niall Smith or Barry Watters could start in stead of him and switch with oe of the wing backs. This starting team is extremely flexible with Cullivan being a more than able outlet for kickouts and Raymond Galligan being a good target man and free taker.
There would be plenty of options on the bench as well such as Declan McKiernan, Kevin Meehan, Barry Watters, Niall Murray/Niall Smith, as well as several others and possibly Oisin Minagh, Alan Clarke, John McCutcheon and Dermot Sheridan who I'm not sure if tehy're on the panel but would all be capable of playing at this level.

The most flexible team and the best one to field against Donegal in my opinion.
