Another week, another match. A good result last week and in much better form but can we continue with a consecutive win in Markievicz Park this Sunday ahead of the game against Sligo. A vital game for us. Whats the thoughts on the game ahead? Breifne_Blue (Cavan) - Posts: 214 - 18/03/2010 16:55:11 591680 Link 0 |

A narrow Cavan victory...no then again, what am I hoping for? We won our last match and played very well, so im guessing this time we're going to be beaten. Thats how it usually goes. Scruffy2Donut (Cavan) - Posts: 1112 - 19/03/2010 13:32:35 592469 Link 0 |

We're going to win, lose or draw. I don't think anyone can seriously call what Cavan team will show up on Sunday. iluvkeoghan (Cavan) - Posts: 79 - 19/03/2010 14:28:54 592530 Link 0 |

well i think the best way for this cavan team to be more consistent is for them to keep to more or less the same team for at least a year no matter how the results go for us ,all the changing around with new faces in and out is damaging the team ,look at monaghan there team nearly looks the same every time yea they switch players around a bit but i think its what got them playing a higher division football each player knows what each other can do and they know where they can score from so they try get that player into them positions ,so i say leave the panel and subs we have and let them work at it -it will get better .and sligo should be a game cavan should have no problem beating but its all on the day too ,best of luck ,and no doubt sligo will have watched cavans last time out and might have a worry about there midfield so its important they dont let sligo kick it out short . bisto kid (Cavan) - Posts: 492 - 19/03/2010 19:42:52 592981 Link 0 |

well if we keep playing midfielders in midfield we have a chance, not a concidence that certain "players" not being there, and us winning the first MF battle of the year me thinks milhouse (Cavan) - Posts: 469 - 19/03/2010 20:58:39 593085 Link 0 |

Nesty plays Centre Forward for his club in Dublin, and has done in a county final. Crash Bang Wallop (None) - Posts: 268 - 20/03/2010 16:49:16 593480 Link 0 |
