After a bad defeat to Louth last weekend can we turn a new page and turn to better form this weekend. We need this win badly so to avoid a dogfight for Division 4. But after the past two defeats can show some fight to beat the Model County. Whats the thoughts ahead of the match?

Before the game, hit the meadow view for a feed. You might come past it on your way its on the dublin road, not to far at all from breifne park. Now after the game go into the town itself and hit Mc Mahons pub. Mighty ould craic of a saturday night.

a must win game for cavan home advantage wexford not bad side at times but hopefully cavan will have right shooting boots on this week after last sunday the should have had game wrapped up in first 20 minutes with the mount of chances we had just could not put them away hopefully better luck this time

Cavan 17 - 12 Wexford. Good result. Wasn't at the game but the guys on the radio were full of praise for the team especially Mackey and Givney. Sligo away next week will be tough but were capable of a win if we can build on this result.

I apologise for doubting Carr and the lads. We will definitely do extremely well this year. I'd be disappointed if we didn't reach an all Ireland quarter or semi this year. Exciting times ahead

Ah now c'mon lads, we should make the AI final, we will get it tough against Kerry or Cork, whichever were playing, but we should be there or thereabouts after a win like this.
