Killygarry man Damien Keaney will take charge of Lacken's senior footballers in 2017.
Keaney, who steered Killeshandra to a senior championship semi-final appearance in 2015, succeeds Finbar O'Reilly in the role after the former Cavan forward led his club to a Division One league title this past season.
O'Reilly has since joined new Breffni boss Mattie McGleenan's management team, as the Blues gear up for their 2017 campaign which starts at home against McGleenan's native Tyrone on January 8th in the Dr McKenna Cup.
Former Gowna stalwart Ciaran Brady will be a part of Keaney's backroom team for the coming season, as Lacken look to improve on this year's championship run which saw them losing out to Castlerahan in the competition's quarter-finals after a replay.
Elsewhere, Crosserlough have appointed Ballinagh's Daragh McCarthy as their new manager for next year and Kingscourt boss Bernie Murray has brought in Monaghan coach Paul O'Connor to try and improve the Stars' fortunes for the coming season.
