Camogie side prepare for final

August 14, 2008
The Offaly camogie team have begun their preparations for the All-Ireland junior final that will take place in Croke Park on September 14th. Following last weekend's semi final victory over Waterford, Joachim Kelly's charges have got down to serious work ahead of next month's final. This will be their first appearance in the decider since 2001, when they were defeated by Tipperary and they will be hoping for a better result in four weeks time. Offaly lost out in this year's league final when Antrim defeated them, but they gained revenge on the Ulster side by defeating them in the championship.
