SHC finally resumes

Following a lengthy break reaching well over three months, the Offaly senior hurling championship recommences this weekend as round two is down for decision.
There are six games down for decision in the three groups as the leaders in group 1 clash as Coolderry face St Rynagh's at Rath on Sunday evening. Group two sees Birr take on Lusmagh as part of a double header at the same venue.
In the other game in group one, Kilcormac/Killoughey take on Shamrocks in Birr on Saturday evening, while group two's remaining match sees Drumcullen and Tullamore play in Mucklagh on Friday evening.
Group three matches between Kinnity and Shinrone will be played at Birr on Saturday, while Belmont take on Seir Kieran at Kilcormac on Friday evening.
