Exciting Monaghan attacker Rory Woods believes his county's Ulster SFC first round defeat to Fermanagh acted as a catalyst for a return to form for him personnally and the team. Woods says losing in Enniskillen was a bitter disappointment but it prove to be a blessing in disguise as the Ulster side prepare to face Kerry in the All-Ireland SFC this weekend. "Against Fermanagh, I was taken off at half-time," Woods explained. "I just don't know what it was, but I went down to Enniskillen and I did not play well so I knew I had to lift it. "I that went for the rest of the team as well, because no one played well. The Ulster championship is done with now and it is upwards and onwards from here."
