Outgoing Carlow football manager Paul Bealin looks likely to stay in the harnass . . . .providing certain arrangements are put in place for next year's league and championship campaigns. "I'll be meeting up with the Carlow board officers within the next two to three weeks, and we'll have an open discussion," said Bealin. "When I came in as Carlow manager, the board officers and myself decided on a five-year plan, with me having a three year term, with an option of a two-year extension after that.
