Geary back in Limerick side

Brian Geary will make his first start for Limerick since last year's All-Ireland final in Saturday's All-Ireland hurling qualifier against Offaly at the Gaelic Grounds. The Monaleen man has been sidelined since suffering a cruciate ligament injury during a club football match last October, but makes his long-awaited return at centre back in place of Paudie O'Dwyer. Donie Ryan also returns to the starting XV at right corner forward, while Wayne McNamara has been drafted in at midfield after recovering from injury with Mike O'Brien switching to the half forward line in place of Mike Fitzgerald.
