Roper a concern for Donegal

Donegal's Brian Roper
Donegal ace Brian Roper has emerged as a major fitness concern for Brian McIver ahead of his side's first round qualifier meeting with Roscommon on July 19.
Roper suffered a hamstring problem while playing for his club side Aodh Ruadh against Dungloe in the Donegal SFC last Friday evening and needed to be replaced during the match with the injury.
Defender Barry Dunnion has already been ruled out for the rest of the season as he requires a second operation on his groin after last year's procedure proved to be unsuccessful.
These latest injuries have saw McIver call in both Damien McClafferty and Mark McGowan to the Donegal set-up along with St Eunan's club mate Brendan Devenney, who missed out on his county side's Ulster SFC exit to Derry despite being fit for his club.
