O'Callaghan back in Dublin hurling fold
December 20, 2007
Dual star David 'Dotsy' O'Callaghan has been included in the Dublin hurling squad for the annual Dubs Stars challenge on December 29 in Portmarnock.
The St. Mark's clubman quit the county football squad earlier this year and spent most of the summer in the US. He was one of the stars of Dublin's O'Byrne Cup success in January, but was frustrated at his failure to commanding a regular starting place during the National League.
Two of this year's Leinster minor winning hurlers - Oisin Gough and Paul Garbutt - are also included in hurling manager Tommy Naughton's selection.
The hurling game will throw-in at 12.30 pm and will be followed by the Dubs Stars football clash at 2 pm.
