Well-known Aussie Rules agent Gerard Sholly has rubbished rumours that former Cork GAA star Aisake O hAilpin is about to return from his stint Down Under. O hAilpin has been based with the Carlton Football Club in Australia since last year and has already played senior reserve team football for his adopted club. Suggestions that the Corkonian is on the point of returning home have been dismissed by Sholly, the man who recruited O hAilpin. "Only yesterday, Aisake impressed the Carlton Football Club hierarchy with his display in a pre-season warm-up match at Optus Oval," Sholly claimed. "Aisake is very happy at Carlton and has no plans whatsoever of even thinking about returning to Ireland," Sholly added. Tweet
