Longford forward Trevor Smullen could be facing a possible suspension after confronting Wexford referee Tommy Quigley at the end of last Sunday's NFL promotion decider against Monaghan. Smullen reacted angrily to the decision by Quigley to add on a third minute of injury-time, during which Paul Finlay scored an equalizing point to earn Monaghan promotion at Longford's expense.
