UCC legend John Corcoran
Higher Education GAA will pay tribute to UCC legend John Corcoran in 2017 when the Fresher A hurling trophy will be played for in his name.
Corcoran passed away earlier this year after making a 'massive contribution' to Higher Education GAA, and Chairman Gerry Tully has announced that the cup will be contested in early March 'in John's beloved Mardyke'.
Tully also discusses the 2017 Independent.ie Sigerson and Fitzgibbon Cups draws and both weekends being hosted by Connacht.
