Breaffy and Knockmore will meet for a place in the Mayo SFC final next weekend after their respective quarter-final wins over Crossmolina and Aghamore at Elvery's MacHale Park today.

Breaffy were the first team to reach the semi-finals after accounting for Crossmolina by 1-14 to 0-11. Liam Irwin scored 0-4 while county goalkeeper Rob Hennelly knocked over two points as last year's runners-up sealed victory with a late, late goal from Tommy O'Reilly.

Deel Rovers had led by 0-10 to 0-8 midway through the second half, but Breaffy finished strongly.

Three points from Colm Reape proved crucial as Knockmore edged out Aghamore by 0-10 to 0-8. The winners had held a slender 0-5 to 0-4 lead at the break. Alan Freeman kicked five frees for Aghamore, but it wasn't enough.

Ballintubber will take on Garrymore and champions Castlebar Mitchels will face Ballaghaderreen in the remaining quarter-finals tomorrow afternoon.
