London manager Fergus McMahon is facing a player revolt as he struggles to assemble a squad together for the 2016 campaign.
The Irish Post reports that the Meath native is having great difficulty in putting a squad together due to club rivalries in the English capital.
A source told the Post that players are making themselves unavailable to the London hurling squad as unrest between the top sides escalates.
McMahon played for Robert Emmets in this year's London SHC as they won the title.
"Fergus will be lucky to get 10 players on his role call because St Gabriel's and Kilburn players are not happy and that is the problem," said the source.
London hurling GPA rep Luke Hands admits that there have been problems putting together a panel but denied it is down to club rivalry.
"None of the players have come to me about looking for a new manager or overriding Fergus," he told The Irish Post. "Going back to last year, I know a few of the lads didn't get on with him, but that's like any management.
"It probably will be a considerable number (of drop outs) but whether the lads don't have time or the commitment or whether it'll be down to disagreement with management, I'm not too sure.
"I'm not sure if the rivalries thing comes into it, I don't think there's any reason why a lad would decide not to go back over a club rivalry."
