Doherty in Derry team to play Louth

Derry's Fergal Doherty
Fergal Doherty will make his Derry comeback against Louth in the revived O'Fiaich Cup tournament tonight.

The 32-year-old Bellaghy clubman has not featured for the Oak Leaf County since 2010 due to family and work commitments. Coleraine Eoghan Rua's Niall Holly, who is another returnee, will partner Doherty at midfield.

Foreglen's Oisin Duffy is included at corner back while Holly's club mate Ciaran McGoldrick, brother of Sean Leo and Barry, lines out in the full forward line.

Goalkeeper Eoin McNicholl and captain Mark Lynch are named amongst the substitutions.
