Wexford Park is to become the first sports venue in the country to offer free Wi-Fi to its patrons.

It was announced today that local company Carnsore Broadband is to work with Wexford GAA to provide free public Wi-Fi access at the county ground. It means that spectators will be able to keep up to date with all the latest scores on their iPhones while enjoying the action at Wexford Park.

Wexford county board PRO Rory Murphy said: "Wexford GAA is delighted to be the first sports ground in the country with high-speed broadband available free."
