Rory Grugan has rejoined the Armagh senior football squad ahead of the championship.

A member of the Orchard County's 2009 All-Ireland winning minor team, Grugan has returned home from a six-month spell studying in France and lined out for Ballymacnab against Dromintee last weekend.

He also trained with Paul Grimley's county squad last night and is very much in the running to feature in the Ulster SFC opener against Cavan on May 19th.

Armagh will also have Jamie Clarke available for that game, as he has returned to Ireland from his travels, but Charlie Vernon is set to miss out with a broken foot. Tweet
